General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Le Chat Gâté

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Le Chat Gâté online store. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are shipped directly by our partner suppliers (dropshipping). Photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made securely online. We accept credit cards and other payment methods available on our site.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery times are estimated (generally 7 to 21 working days depending on origin). We are not responsible for delays related to carriers or customs.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Article 8 – Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

Article 9 – Liability

Le Chat Gâté cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

Article 10 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
